Rosemary Lodge Rest home accommodates up to 29 adults, some living with dementia, with 18 residents at the time of inspection. The home provides personal care and ensures appropriate infection control measures are in place. Personal protective equipment is readily available for visitors and staff, with designated PPE stations throughout the home for staff to use. All visitors have their temperature checked upon arrival, must provide evidence of a negative lateral flow test, and complete a health questionnaire before entering. Professional visitors are asked to provide their COVID passports.
