23 Trittiford Road

Trittiford Road provides residential care and accommodation for up to six people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, five people were living at the home. The service focuses on delivering person-centred support that enables residents to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. Care is planned and coordinated to help people achieve the best possible outcomes and live as full a life as possible.
