The home demonstrated several strengths in its operations. Relatives and external professionals were supported to safely visit the service. Staff received training in the use of personal protective equipment and adequate stocks were maintained.
Regular COVID-19 testing took place throughout the home, and the premises were kept clean and tidy with regular cleaning schedules in place.
