Rosehill House

Rosehill House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 23 older adults, some living with dementia, a physical disability or a sensory impairment. The CQC found the home had improved enough to come out of Special Measures and was no longer rated inadequate, but it remains in breach of good governance rules, with further work needed on risk management, medicines, staff supervision, consent and mental capacity practice, and on activities and gathering feedback.

Inspectors found people and relatives felt safe and well cared for, describing staff as kind, friendly and attentive. Care was person-centred and joined-up across services, and staff were compassionate, though systems supporting the home's culture and values still needed strengthening.
