East Croft Grange provides personal and nursing care for up to 31 older people across two units, including a secure Garden Unit dedicated to ten people living with dementia. All rooms are single occupancy with suitable shared facilities available to residents. The home maintains safeguarding systems and risk assessments to protect people from abuse, with staff trained and aware of procedures. The provider ensures safe recruitment practices and maintains sufficient appropriately trained staff throughout the day and night to meet residents' support needs.

Medicines are administered safely, and people receive nutritional and hydration support tailored to their personal choices and healthcare requirements. Staff collaborate with other agencies and professionals to support residents' health and wellbeing.
