Rosedale/Rosewood

Rosedale/Rosewood accommodates up to 6 people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or autistic spectrum disorder across two single-storey bungalows. At the time of inspection, 4 people were using the service. Each bungalow contains a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, additional toilet, and three bedrooms, with a central space between them providing an office, staff bedroom, and laundry facilities.

The service demonstrated good practice through comprehensive policies and procedures to manage risks associated with COVID-19.
