Rosedale House

Rosedale House accommodates up to 36 people and provides personal care for residents. Since the previous inspection, significant improvements have been made, including the introduction of a legionella risk assessment and measures to mitigate risks from portable radiators. Medical condition risks are now fully recorded within people's care records and risk assessments.

Relatives reported feeling confident that their family members are safe at the home. Staff demonstrate understanding of their responsibility to protect people from harm and abuse, and have received training to support this role. Overall, the home has strengthened its safeguarding and health and safety practices.
