Hengrove Lodge

Hengrove Lodge provides personal care for up to 15 people. At inspection, the home was at full capacity with 15 residents. People and their relatives expressed satisfaction with the care provided, with one relative commenting that "Everyone is ever so kind and caring."

The home had risk assessments in place to guide staff in supporting people safely. Inspectors identified that documentation for skin checks wasn't consistently completed in one case, which the registered manager addressed immediately upon feedback. Staff had received safeguarding training and felt confident identifying and reporting concerns.
