Roborough House

Roborough House is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 44 people, with 40 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports people with complex mental and physical health needs across three separate units in a large detached building spread over two floors. A lift provides access for people with mobility difficulties, and the home includes communal areas, an indoor activities space, and grounds on the outskirts of Plymouth near the moors.

Many residents were unable to verbally communicate their experiences of living at the home, which presented challenges for gathering direct feedback during the inspection.
