Brampton Manor

Brampton Manor provides personal care and accommodation for up to 63 older people and people living with dementia in Newmarket. At inspection, 28 people were using the service. Residents felt safe and reported that staff were available when needed. One person said, "It is very secure here. Someone lets people in and out, so you don't have to worry. I leave my door ajar so I can see people and they can see me."

The home assessed risks to help keep people safe, with incidents and accidents recorded and analysed for trends. People received support with their medicines as needed.
