Willow House Residential Home

Willow House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 30 older people, some living with dementia. There were 29 people living at the service during inspection. The home is led by a registered manager.

Previous concerns regarding medication stock reconciliation have been addressed. Inspectors found the service had improved in all areas that required attention, with the home now providing consistently good quality care and support to residents. The service maintains effective safeguarding practices and demonstrates commitment to the wellbeing of the people it cares for.
