Riverview Nursing Home

Riverview Nursing Home provides care and nursing support to adults living with dementia, physical disabilities and nursing needs. This assessment followed safeguarding concerns, and the CQC found the service was performing well overall, with an open, honest culture where concerns were investigated and lessons learned to improve safety. Some staff files were incomplete and mandatory training was not fully up to date.

Residents described staff as kind and attentive, felt safe and well supported, and said they were involved in decisions about their care. The home was clean, well maintained, and adequately staffed, with medication managed appropriately. Inspectors rated the service Good overall.
