Five Rise Nursing Home

Five Rise Nursing Home accommodates up to 67 older people and individuals living with dementia, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities across two separate floors with adapted facilities. At inspection, 66 people were using the service. The premises were clean and uncluttered, enabling effective cleaning practices. Hand sanitisers and PPE stations were positioned throughout the building, and staff wore appropriate protective equipment. The service displayed prominent signage promoting infection prevention practices and maintained robust infection control auditing systems. Laundry was managed safely through effective processes in place.
