Riverside House

Riverside House provides accommodation and personal care for older people, including those living with dementia. The home can support up to 46 people and was caring for 32 residents at the time of inspection.

The manager had identified, assessed and mitigated all COVID-19 related risks to people, staff and visitors. Comprehensive policies and procedures were in place to manage risks associated with the pandemic, including the management of people with a COVID-19 positive diagnosis. These policies and procedures were updated regularly following changes in national guidance.
