Hepscott Care Centre

Hepscott Care Centre accommodates up to 40 older people requiring personal and nursing care, including those living with dementia-related conditions. At inspection, 30 people were using the service. The home has sufficient staff who have received safeguarding training and understand how to raise concerns appropriately. Improvements have been made to medicines management, with staff following effective processes to assess and support people in taking medicines safely. Staff contact health professionals promptly when people's health needs change.

People and their relatives spoke very positively about the caring nature of staff and reported good relationships with them. Residents and families expressed trust in those supporting them, and the service takes appropriate action to keep people safe.
