Meadow Park

Meadow Park provides accommodation, personal and nursing care for up to 61 older people, including those living with dementia. The CQC found the service to be Good overall, with an Outstanding rating for how caring staff were. People and relatives described exceptionally kind, attentive support, a relaxed, homely atmosphere, and a dementia-friendly environment that helped people stay engaged and independent.

Inspectors found the home safe, well-maintained and clean, with effective leadership and strong auditing systems. Minor issues were noted around medicine storage temperatures and staffing levels on one ground floor unit, both flagged for ongoing attention. Staff were well trained, recruitment was robust, and people were involved in decisions about their care.
