The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding that people felt safe, risks were managed well, and staff were recruited and supported properly, including through supervision and training.

Inspectors found care plans were person-centred and focused on helping people achieve their goals, with health needs followed up promptly. Relatives were pleased with communication and felt feedback led to real improvements. A minor issue with unclear repair records was raised directly with the registered manager.
