Richmondwood Rest Home

Richmondwood Rest Home provides residential care and support to up to 22 people across three accessible floors. At the time of inspection, 21 people were living at the service, which does not provide nursing care.

People and their relatives reported feeling safe at the home. They described being relaxed and comfortable, with staff who knew them well and supported them in their preferred ways. Staff demonstrated understanding of how to identify and report abuse and received regular team meetings, supervision, annual appraisals, and completed various training courses to support their roles.
