Rhodelands provides residential care for seven people with learning disabilities and/or autism with complex needs. The registered manager and staff demonstrate strong knowledge of infection prevention and control best practices. Personal protective equipment is readily available throughout the home, and staff have received training on proper use of PPE.

The home maintains high standards of cleanliness, with staff and residents sharing responsibility for cleaning and regularly wiping touch points throughout the day. Testing protocols are in place, with staff tested weekly and residents monthly, while residents' temperatures are checked twice daily to identify early signs of illness. The provider has implemented safe visiting systems that allow people to maintain contact with friends and relatives while following current guidance.
