Redbourne

This residential care home provides personal and nursing care for up to 13 people, currently supporting 11 residents—six with learning disabilities and five with mental health needs. The service is housed across two floors of a large building, each with shared bathroom facilities.

The home creates a homely and inviting environment with people at the centre of care. While some minor repairs and decorating are needed, the provider demonstrated responsiveness to these matters and committed to beginning work in June 2022. The registered manager and staff show excellent understanding of the people they support and are committed to delivering care in the least restrictive way possible.
