Rawlyn House

Rawlyn House provides care and accommodation for people with learning disabilities. The service is part of a larger provider, Cream II Limited, which operates six additional homes for people with learning disabilities across the South West. The home is designed to enable residents to live as full a life as possible, with a focus on meaningful living that includes control, choice, and independence. Residents receive planned and coordinated person-centred support tailored to their individual needs.
