Oldway Heights provides residential care and personal care for up to 43 younger and older adults, supporting people living with dementia, mental illness, and physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, 36 people were living at the service. Nursing care is provided by the community nursing team rather than in-house.

Residents expressed satisfaction with their care and felt safe at the home. One person noted: "It is my first time in a care setting – it speaks volumes to say we all feel safe and we are able to see the managers at any point. " Another resident commented positively on the food quality and choice available, saying "We do feel safe and the food is good and we have choices.
