Beechmount accommodates up to 25 older people requiring nursing or personal care, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 18 people were using the service.

Residents felt safe and spoke highly of the staff team. Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding knowledge, having received appropriate training, and felt confident raising concerns about potential abuse. People received their medicines as prescribed, though inspectors recommended improved guidance for managing 'as required' medications.
