Rapid Review & Resettlement

Rapid Review and Resettlement is a specialist service supporting autistic people and people with a learning disability. Following enforcement action after a previous inspection, the CQC found the provider had made significant improvements and was no longer in breach of regulations. Inspectors found safe, person-centred care, sound safeguarding practice and generally accurate record keeping, though one out-of-date medicine was identified.

Staffing levels and training were found to be sufficient, and governance had improved with external support. Relatives described staff as compassionate and said the service had made a real difference to their loved ones' quality of life, with people supported to pursue activities and greater independence than before.
