People feel safe living there, supported by robust safeguarding systems including thorough recruitment processes, appropriate staffing levels, secure medication management, and regular environmental checks.

The service operates in line with the Mental Capacity Act and makes appropriate applications for Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards where needed.
