Quay Court Care Centre

Quay Court Care Centre is a residential home providing personal care for up to 48 older people, without nursing support. At the time of assessment, 36 people were living there. The CQC found the service was performing well, with risks managed safely, effective quality monitoring, and a good learning culture where people felt able to raise concerns.

Inspectors found staff were well trained, attentive and respectful of people's independence and privacy, with medicines managed properly and good access to food and healthcare. People and relatives spoke positively about the care, describing staff as kind and responsive, with a good range of activities on offer. The home was found to be clean, well maintained and led by a team with a shared, trusted culture.
