Beacon House accommodates up to 34 older people, including those living with dementia or physical frailty. At inspection, 25 residents were living at the home. People consistently reported feeling happy and safe, with one resident saying, "I'm very happy here and I feel looked after.

" Relatives expressed confidence in the service and felt the home was well managed. Staff treated people with kindness and compassion, supporting them to express their views and make decisions about their care. Both residents and relatives felt comfortable raising complaints and were confident in how these would be addressed.
