Hyne Town House

Hyne Town House provides personal care for up to 45 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 20 people were using the service. The home did not have effective systems in place to monitor the quality of care and support residents received. Audits failed to identify and address areas needing improvement, and improvements made at the previous inspection had not been sustained.

People were not always protected from risks associated with their environment. Risk assessments and care plans lacked sufficient detail and did not adequately guide staff on how to manage identified risks.
