Qualities Services Limited provides residential care and personal care to four people with learning disabilities or acquired brain injury. Staff demonstrate knowledge of safeguarding procedures and have implemented risk management plans to help residents stay safe while pursuing activities they enjoy. However, inspectors identified gaps in one person's visitor interaction plan that requires revision, and found that another resident with epilepsy lacks a sufficiently detailed seizure management plan to ensure staff can respond appropriately during episodes.

The service manages other identified risks appropriately.
