Magnolia House

Magnolia House provides personal care to up to 96 older and younger adults, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 65 people were using the service. The home has effective systems to protect people from abuse, with trained staff who understand safeguarding procedures and feel confident reporting concerns. Environmental risks are managed and the premises is well maintained. People and relatives confirmed they feel safe at the home. A stable core staff team provides consistent support, with sufficient staffing levels to meet people's needs. Staff recruitment follows safe practices and medicines are managed securely.
