Cassandra House

Cassandra House accommodates up to 43 older people in one adapted building, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 34 residents were living at the service.

The home has systems in place to monitor quality and safety, though these were not always effective in identifying and addressing issues. While the provider has processes to report and respond to accidents and incidents, not all concerns had been thoroughly explored to identify potential themes, trends or lessons learnt.
