Priors Piece

Priors Piece is a small care home providing accommodation, personal care and support to a maximum of four people with severe and enduring mental health conditions. At inspection, three people were living at the service.

The home has enhanced its cleaning schedules to include more frequent cleaning of touch points such as handrails and light switches. However, inspectors found some aspects of the service did not appear clean. The registered and senior managers provided assurance that action would be taken to address these concerns.
