Lord Harris Court is a care home providing personal and nursing care to 52 adults, with capacity for up to 76 people. Some residents have a dementia diagnosis. The service proactively prevents people from falling and related injuries through appropriate risk assessment and mitigation measures. Staff are appropriately trained in moving and handling techniques, and incidents and accidents are recorded, investigated, and used as learning opportunities when things go wrong.
