Parsons Grange

Parsons Grange provides personal and nursing care to up to 68 people across four separate units, including two designed specifically for people living with dementia. The home supports older people, younger adults with physical disabilities, and those with dementia. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with wet room style shower, and communal facilities include a reception café, dining rooms, cinema, activities room and gym. At inspection, 54 people were using the service.

Inspectors identified concerns about people not always receiving their medicines when required. They also found gaps in staff training, particularly regarding learning disability, autism, and the Mental Capacity Act.
