Primrose Neurological Centre

Primrose Neurological Centre, in Lancashire, is a residential service supporting up to seven people living with mental health challenges and/or dementia. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding it clean, secure and well maintained, with a positive, open culture and effective management of risks.

Inspectors found care was person centred, with people involved in shaping their own support and pursuing individual goals and interests. Staff were described as kind and respectful, recruitment and training were thorough, and any restrictions on people's freedom were applied lawfully. People and relatives were involved in care planning, and links with external health professionals worked well.
