Potensial Limited - 23 Elm Road

This six-person care home in Elm Road North supports adults with learning disabilities and autism, with four people currently receiving care. Staff actively encourage residents to build independence by involving them in shopping for food and meal planning and preparation. The service prioritises maximising opportunities for residents to develop new skills and gain greater control and choice in their daily lives.
