The CQC rated the home good overall, finding people were kept safe, well cared for, and supported to remain independent. Inspectors noted a strong commitment to staff wellbeing and to learning and innovation, with links to the wider community used to improve residents' wellbeing.

People and relatives described a happy, welcoming home where staff were kind and treated residents as individuals. Care plans reflected people's own views, and staff worked well with other professionals to meet health needs. Leadership was found to be effective, with good systems for monitoring quality and encouraging feedback.
