Polesworth Group Pooley Heights

Pooley Heights is operated by Polesworth Group Homes and provides short-stay accommodation with personal care for up to six adults with learning disabilities. The service offers people and their carers respite breaks from their usual routine. At the time of inspection, five people were staying at the home. The service has been developed around values of choice, promotion of independence and inclusion, enabling people with learning disabilities and autism to live as ordinary a life as any citizen.
