Staff demonstrate a kind, caring and personalised approach to support. People are relaxed and happy in the company of staff, feeling settled and secure in the home. Residents have sufficient activities to keep them engaged. Staff know people well and have identified risks appropriately, managing them through detailed risk management plans that ensure people's safety and wellbeing.
