This purpose-built bungalow provides accommodation with personal care for up to five people with a learning disability, with five residents living there at the time of inspection. The service, part of Polesworth Group Homes Limited, also delivers domiciliary care to 20 people with learning disabilities in their own homes, some requiring 24-hour support. Previous concerns about mental capacity assessments and Deprivation of Liberty safeguards have been addressed, with improvements made since the last inspection. A registered manager was in post overseeing the service.
