Polebrook Nursing Home

Polebrook Nursing Home provides residential and nursing care for up to 52 older people with physical disabilities and dementia. The service operates across three separate ground-floor units within a purpose-built building: one providing general nursing care, one specialising in support for people living with dementia and memory loss, and one offering residential care. At inspection, 50 people were using the service.

People receive safe care and are protected against avoidable harm, neglect, and discrimination. Staff assess risks to people's safety and implement strategies to reduce them. The home maintains sufficient numbers of safely recruited staff to meet residents' needs.
