Pine House

Pine House provides accommodation and personal care support for up to three people with learning disabilities who may have autism. The service operates from a terraced house with single-occupancy bedrooms spread over two floors, communal kitchen and dining areas, and a sitting room. One bedroom includes en-suite facilities. The home is deliberately unmarked from the outside with no identifying signs, cameras, or intercom systems, and staff avoid wearing uniforms when arriving or leaving to maintain the home's ordinary appearance. At the time of inspection, three people were living at the service. The home is designed around principles of control, choice, and independence, providing person-centred support that enables residents to live as full a life as possible and achieve meaningful outcomes.
