The home is designed around person-centred principles, enabling people to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. Relatives spoke positively about the caring nature of the service and said people enjoyed staying there.

The home has robust systems in place to keep people safe. Staff have received guidance on managing risks associated with each person's health and care needs. Staffing levels are adequate to provide safe support, and the provider uses thorough recruitment processes to ensure only those assessed as safe work with vulnerable adults.
