People in Action - Four Gables

Four Gables is a residential care home providing personal care and accommodation for up to 5 people. At the time of inspection, 5 people were living at the home across two separate floors with shared kitchen, lounge, gardens and dining room areas. The home has been developed to support people with learning disabilities and/or autism to live meaningful lives with control and choice, enabling them to achieve the best possible outcomes.
