Penrose Farm

Penrose Farm provides accommodation for up to five people with complex needs. At the time of inspection, all five residents were living at the service. Some residents were unable to verbally communicate due to their healthcare needs. The service had recently experienced a period with limited management support over the summer months, which resulted in some oversight of maintenance issues and cleaning. The registered manager recognised that managing the service's complexity required additional resource and scrutiny to maintain standards.
