Bigwig House provides care and accommodation for up to three people with autistic spectrum disorders. At the time of inspection, three people were living at the service. The home is part of the Green Light group, which operates several similar services throughout Cornwall for people on the autistic spectrum.

The service is designed to enable people to live as full a life as possible and achieve the best possible outcomes. The principles reflect the need for people with autism and learning disabilities to live meaningful lives that include control and choice in their daily activities and support.
