About Springfield

Springfield is a residential care home in Cornwall providing support for people with learning disabilities. Details of the CQC's most recent inspection findings are set out below.

Springfield provides care for up to three people with learning disabilities, some of whom may present challenging behaviours. Two people lived at the service during the inspection, each in their own self-contained flat. Support is delivered on a person-centred basis, focusing on enabling residents to live full lives with meaningful control, choice, and independence.

Staff work to create opportunities for people to develop new skills and increase their independence, with support plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.
