Pendle View is a small residential care home in Lancashire, offering a quieter, more intimate setting for people who benefit from personalised support. The team there takes pride in getting to know each person as an individual, making sure life at the home feels as comfortable and familiar as possible. Pendle View provides accommodation and personal care to up to six people with mental health support needs. At the time of inspection, four people were living at the home. People were happy with the care and support provided.

However, inspectors found some areas needed improvement, particularly regarding cleanliness in parts of the home. People were not adequately protected from risks associated with poor infection control practices. The provider followed safe processes when recruiting new staff.
