Pencombe Hall accommodates up to 32 people aged 65 and over in one adapted building, with 24 residents at the time of inspection. The service provides personal care and accommodation as a single package under one contractual agreement.

Inspectors found that the provider's policies and procedures were not consistently followed, and quality audits had failed to identify areas of concern that could place people at risk. The mealtime experience for residents requiring staff support needed improvement, as it did not adequately reflect person-centred care approaches.
