Peacemills Care Home

Inspectors found people felt safe and were supported by kind, patient staff who respected their privacy, though some raised issues with call bell accessibility. Care plans did not always reflect people's current needs, and feedback on the home's responsiveness to concerns was mixed. The management team were seen as approachable, knowledgeable and had an improvement plan in place.
